TND Engineering is a sole proprietorship based in Portsmouth, New Hampshire TND Engineering evolved from Chester Chellman, Consulting Engineer, as increasing amounts of this consulting practice were focused on TND work of all sorts.

TND Engineering brings together an understanding of the philosophy needed for good design with the technical expertise to ensure proper function. Many firms are good a big picture thinking.
